You should take it to the vet it might be seriously ill. Also give it plenty of reassurance and attention.
A trembling, crying cat could mean it is very scared or sick or in pain. It is ideal to get it to the vet as soon as possible, just in case something is wrong. If something has changed in the house (moved furniture, new furniture/pet/visitor), it could the be the cat is scared. Many cats do not like new things and often become scared and stressed - possibly to the point of trembling. If the cat has been checked by a vet and proclaimed healthy, it may be ideal to leave the cat where it is, or put it in a quiet room until it recovers. The cat will come out of hiding when it is ready.
Get the cat to the vet.

there could be lots of reasons these are a couple of suggestions i hope they help. Maybe the dog is cold or even if your dog suffers from bad nerves. or even it could just be a twitch. If it is during the heat of summer, first help him by giving him a damp, cool towel to make sure he does not get into heat-stroke. Then you can give him cool water as well, and mixing it with unsweetened apple or pineapple juice might get him interested in drinking more. If your bunny simply refuses to drink or eat during an extended period of time (+- 48 hours) please phone/get to your rabbit-savvy vet as soon as possible : it might be a symptom of a more important illness. By then the rabbit should be better!!! If not then take it home and put it on the cold air conditioner! That should help! =D

Crying over "nothing" could be a sign of depression. Crying is a normal response to sadness, so you might be grieving over something. Often, women who are pregnant will cry at odd times due to hormone imbalance. However, if none of these things are true, then you should see a psychiatrist to decide if you are depressed. Therapy will help a lot, and you might need medication. Unless, of course, you're Charles Lai. Then you can't.
it may be your imagination, or iot could be a ghost. if there is any strange or threatning activity when you hear crying maybe you should get help. :)
crying and breathing can help your lungs.
Although crying might help you feel better for a short time, the best unofficial things for depression are laughter and friends. Your friends will help you keep positive and remind you why you should be happy about yourself. Laugh at everything you find entertaining, even if it's only for a little while. Other people will join in and everyone feels better, and you will make more friends. Going to see a doctor or counsellor will also help.
im begging for your help is what it means
If you were crying one day, a real-life friend would probably ask you why and try to help you, while a facebook friend might ask you out of pity or sympathy or might not help at all.
