just take it 2 the vet or blow in it
Do NOT blow on it. It couldbe a foreign body which may cause corneal damage. If you must treat it at home, use a steriile eye-wash from the Pet store or drug store. People brand is OK, but eyewash, NOT wetting solution of anything for contacts. Some forms of conjunctivitis are transmissible to other pets. Take it to the Vet if at all possible, and if you have a protective cone like the Vet uses on cats after surgery, use it to prevent cat from rubbing the eye .
Well First off is it watery or is it like mucusy?
If it is like mucus then it is Kitty Herpes. ( cats are born with herpes, they dont get it from other cats, although if you put the goo in another cat's eye, then the other cat will get herpes.)
If it is like water it is most likely that your cat got something in it's eye
Depends on the breed of cat. It can possibly be an infection, and can be contagious to other cats. Your best bet is to take your cat to the vet.
if your cat's eye is watering it may be infected. It may also be possible that it has scratched it or has something in it. A veterinary would be able to make a better assessment.
dust or pollen may get inside your cat's eye, making the cat's eye watery. for this reason, it does not last for long (the watery condition) if the cat's eye watery for a long time, it may due to other reason/reasons. then, you should consult a vet for a better answer and better treatment for the cat.

My cat has one watery eye too, and it is also 2 years old. It's normal for cats to have watery tear ducts, especially for Siamese because their eyes just "clog" up and get in the way. You just need to wipe it with a tissue when it gets watery. Unless you think it is VERY serious, take it to the vet for a checkup.
Sounds like an eye infection. Take her to the vet. You will most likely be given drops to put in her eye. That what happened with my cat.
usually the eye will be runny and there maybe some red on the fur under the eye. if this is the case you need it to see a vet and they will prescribe some medication. second answer: recently my dog had an eye infection her eye was bulging out and it was swelled up! I may be serious but go to a vet right away!
Cornea.
does neo-poly-bac cure watery eyes
A cat can get watery eyes from worm disease. Watery eyes could also be a sign of another illness in the animal. If the known issue is worms and the cat has watery eyes it is severe and should be treated aggressively.
This cat probably has a sinus infection or probably is just fine. Some cats act like that to get a hair or something out of their eyes.
