The male knows when the female is ready to mate because when she is in heat there is always a strong scent she lets off and it's carried in her urine, by peeing on the lawn or on the fence males can smell a female on heat by her urine. That is also why whenever dogs meet they sniff each others hindquaters as to find out gender and weither or not they're ready to mate.
Than your dog is going to be a dad! Sorry for the dumb answer, but it's the best I could do, considering your question wasn't really clear.
Male animals usualy do not mate with other males but many mythological animals don't base their sexual culture on gender. Even dogs occasionally mate with the same gender. It is not uncommon for two of the same gender to mate.
Most females will only allow a male to mount them if they are in heat as this is the time when they are most fertile. Although some females will allow a dog to mate them whilst they are not in heat, there is less chance of the female getting pregnant.
You can't make your dog mate. Your dog chooses who she/he wants to mate with. For example: My aunt tried to get her dog and my dog mate. It didn't work out because the dogs avoided eachother and didn't quite get along. My point is YOU CAN'T "MAKE" YOUR DOG MATE.
I don't think it's ever happened but if it did you would end up with a barking cat with floppy ears and wagging tail or a meowing dog with tiny pointy ears and long tail. There would be no offspring. They are not genetically compatible.
if your asking how to find a male dog for your female dog then your gonna have to wait until your female dog is in heat then automatically the male dog will be attracted to the female and they will mate
hes in preshcool lol
The female and male dog usually mate for at least 5 minutes, it is difficult to stop them once they have started mating especially after the ejaculation.

Usually if the female is in heat any male dog will mate with her
No. The male must always be the same size or smaller than the female.

Male dogs may lick a female dog's urine to gather information about her reproductive status and health. The scent of a female dog's urine can provide important cues about her fertility and readiness to mate.
Try the internet looking for studs, (dogs you pay to mate with your bitch)
Your male dog may be trying to mate with your female dog since it's the mating time for them. If that were the case, your male dog would be afraid of other things (including people) encroaching on its potential mate. Therefore, it would be extremly protective of the female. Which means biting.
If the male has been neutered then the female cannot get pregnant by him so it shouldn't be a problem.
It usually doesn't happen but its possible if the female is laying down.
