It depends what you use for a disinfectant spray. Some are not harmful as long as the rabbit does not inhale the fumes when you spray.
Hare Spray

A healthy rabbit in a clean habitat doesn't smell. Rabbits groom themselves. Unaltered rabbits smell stronger than altered rabbits because of the hormones they secrete and spray around the room. (This is only one of many good reasons to spay/neuter your rabbit.) Otherwise, if your rabbit smells, bring her to a rabbit-savvy vet as soon as possible because something is wrong.
You can't handle a rabbit too much, but if you shake it too much you can cause brain damage and that will cause it to die or be mentally retarded.
They may not die but they will get sick.Type your answer here...

Rabbits spray to mark their territory or show dominance. To prevent rabbit spraying behavior, spaying or neutering your rabbit can help reduce the urge to spray. Providing enough space, toys, and attention can also help prevent spraying.
