What your experiencing is a bloom of oppertunistic bacteria which often occurs with new,un-cycled aquariums. I would recommend doing several large 50% water changes until it starts to look less cloudy but make sure to match the temperature of the tank water when doing so. You may also want to use a de-clouding agent which is available at most pet stores. You may want to invest in a stronger filtration system. Also it is a good idea to buy a bottle of "bacteria in a bottle' to help your tank cycle faster. Make sure to always use a water conditioner when you change water.
