Firstly it is worth noting... it is not that she won't keep herself clean, but more likely she is unable to for some reason.
Overweight rabbits can have severe problem with keeping clean, because they are not able to reach themselves to retrieve the ceceal droppings (soft droppings that rabbits eat) and to generally keep herself clean the problem can then build up. This leaves her open to other heal issues such as flystrike.
Another cause could be an illness such as Vent Disease (rabbit syphilis).
Arthritis and other joint or skeletal/Muscular problems can make it difficult for the bunny to keep herself clean.
You need to help her by keeping her clean and dry while she is unable to do this.
It is imperative that you take her to see a vet and find the underlaying cause of her problems ASAP.
