guinea pigs hate to not be on the ground, so they're uncomfortable on ramps etc.
Yes, make sure the ramp is not too thin or too slick.
pick it up or if its a high fence climb over the fence
Actually rabbits an guinea pigs are fine together. But maybe the female guinea pig is felling lonely being the only kind in the cage. Or maybe its because the rabbit just doesn't like the guinea pig. If it's possible you can try getting another female guinea pig or separating the the guinea pig and rabbits.
It is spelled "guinea pig". You got it right! :)

You probably shouldn't- guinea pigs are not as flexible as hamsters and the like, and may fall and be seriously injured. You should also NEVER put a guinea pig on a wheel- they will break their backs.

It doesnt harm anyone but why would you want to make out with your pet
You could get a bird ladder of some sort ( or anything able to climb for a guinea pig ) and take its favorite treat and lead it slowly on the way up. Remember you piggy wants the treat so after a little, give the guinea pig a bite then keep going so the poor thing isn't starving!
