One calf may be larger than the other due to a variety of reasons, such as muscle imbalances from uneven physical activity or injury. If one leg is favored during exercise or daily activities, it can lead to increased muscle development in that calf. Additionally, conditions like edema or circulation issues can also cause swelling in one calf. If the size difference is significant or accompanied by pain, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
No. They drink out of a much larger bottle specifically made for raising baby calves, typically called a calf bottle.
Depends on the breed. With mini breeds calves can be as small as 20 lbs. With larger breeds, calves can range from 50 lbs to 100 lbs. Monster calves that have been born occaisionally have been recorded to weigh in at over 200 lbs.

calves
Usually one calf per cow. Occasionally one cow may have enough milk to feed two calves, but dairy nurse cows can have as many as four calves suckling from her.
Selection for calves that are growthier and have larger weaning weights tends to correlate birth weights. Breeds that are known to have such calves, like Charolais and Simmentals, will often have big calves. Also, feed that is high in nutritional value given to cows close to calving will also result in large calves. Large calves also tend to come about during during winter than in the summer. Thus it's all down to genetics and breed, as well as feed and environment that determines size of calves when they're born.

If it is a group of calves born from different mothers than you call them a herd of calves or a group of calves. If it is two calves born at the same time from the same mother than they are twins, just the same as human offspring would be called.
Red deer usually have about 2-3 calves but twins are very rare.
