That's a pretty vague question. Does it run ok otherwise?? Some things to check. Idle Air Control Valve, vacuum leaks, low fuel pressure, leaking injectors.

Standard fuel pressure for a 91 Pontiac Sunbird is between 50 and 55 PSI. This is the idle pressure to allow for maximum efficiency of the fuel injectors.

The alternator went bad. You need a new one

I have a 1990 Pontiac sunbird and i was only able to find one, it was behind the exhaust manifold on the block. I myself am having problems finding the other. I hope this helps.
Did they replace the MAP sensor? If not, good chance there's your problem.
Idle speed cannot be adjusted on this model. No manual adjustments available. Problem may lie in fuel pump, or fuel filter or temp sensor.
