well most cars wont start right after over heating but when it cools off it should .....if it doesnt, that motor can be locked or you fried the rings no compression ....head gaskets could be bad..might want to get that motor looked at to be sure most likely your going to spend alot of money fixing that so id suggest getting a rebuilt motor or one from another car like yours now there has to be a reason for your car overheating in the first place make sure when its fixed to have radiator fluid and make sure your fan is operational and check oil levels regularly
