Student-Athletes represent the high school, college or university. Therefore I think they should be held accountable for their grades. I don't know the G.P.A they should have to maintain that should be predetermined by the institution. The rules should be strict and the consequences should be even more harsh. Some people do make mistakes but you can't just be good at sports to be successful in life.
Also research B.J. Raji who is currently in the NFL. His story is he was academically ineligible for a whole year the next year he had an awesome year after he cleaned up his act in the class room and he was just a top 10 pick 2009 draft.
it was hard to understand the ? but i think that athletes should have to maintain the same GPA as any other stundent.
of course they should have to have good grades because if everyone were allowed to compete in sports with a suckish grade then nobody would know discipline and no one would learn lessons- you NEED GOOD GRADES FOR/IN COLLEGE!!!
A grade 7 student council speech should be around 1-2 minutes long. It should be engaging, concise, and include key points such as why you want to run for student council, your qualifications, and your goals if elected. Keep it short and to the point to maintain the audience's attention.
Many student loans that you get from the federal government do not require a good grade point average. If you have a private student loan, you may need to maintain a minimum GPA, but you would need to check the paperwork.
Depends on the requirements of the company contract. One must look at the eligibilty requirements of the insurance policy. Does it say students must maintain a certain grade point average. Or does it state a student must be a full time student and no other requirements but maintain full time status.
There is little point in studying a subject that you are not interested in.

Athletic scholarships offer students the opportunity to attend college free of charge if they agree to play in the sport that has offered the scholarship. There are more expectations of these students than that they just play sports, however. Athletic scholarships bring a great deal of responsibility. Compete to the Best of Your Ability Of course, the main expectation of students who attend college on athletic scholarships is that they will continue to play their chosen sport as well as they did while they were in high school. Scholarship recipients must attend all practices, team meetings, and games that they are required to be involved in. If a student does not follow the team rules, that student could lose his or her scholarship at any time. As long as the coaches and administrators feel that the student is performing as well as he or she can, the scholarship will remain intact. Maintain a Good Grade Average College athletes are notorious for ignoring their school work and focusing solely on their sports. In the last few decades, colleges have begun to encourage athletes to do better in their classes. Sports programs post the grade point averages of all of their athletes as a source of pride in their academic accomplishments and as an incentive for the athletes to continue performing well outside of the sporting events. Many programs provide free tutoring for athletes to help them maintain excellence in academics while they work toward excellence in athletics. A student athlete will not help the sports program if he or she fails out of school. Behave as Ambassadors for the School Most students who receive athletic scholarships have an opportunity to be a little more recognized by the other students on campus. Athletes are given celebrity treatment depending on the sport they play and their level of talent. College sports programs have strict behavior guidelines for high profile student athletes. These athletes are responsible for maintaining the reputation of the school and the athletic department, so it is important that they always behave appropriately when they are in public. In these days of cell phone videos and free online video sites, it is more important than ever that college athletes maintain their composure.
The list itself should maintain a pointer to the first node in the list. If it is NULL, the list is empty.
Anytime in Senior year. I think by mid way point in second semester.
By calculating the average grade a student earned in school
If you are considering studying abroad then international student health insurance should be one of your first considerations. There are websites aimed at specifically giving advice on this matter such as hthstudents, however a good starting point would be to speak to a member of the Student's Union.
A lot of girls like guys that are handy and work with mechanical stuff . But being a mechanical student does not make girls go after you , you should try to know some girl better and I am sure she will not take you being a mechanical student as a " dislike" point.
