If all other lights work fine it could be the relay or a bad ground or a bad connection in the wiring. One of my z24's (1997) all other lights work fine but the problem was in the instrument panel cluster.I swapped out clusters and they worked just fine. Also, Check that the park brake is released all the way. And that the fuses are good. Electrical problems are a HUGE headache. Remember that they dont come on while in park.
