2002 Chevy Prismthe brake light comes on when the car is sitting in the cold all day stays on for 15 minutes until the car warms up then goes off. The fluid level is good. What would be the cause?

Brake fluid may be a bit low. Cold weather will contract it, when it warms up it will expand and light will go off. Try adding just a little fluid. If the brake pedal ever feels "mushy", especially in cold weather it also could be a failing master brake cylinder.
