Okay.
The females husband is the nephew of the males wife so I would say the male is the females uncle-in-law.
I disagree. For example:
Assume the male is my husband. His mother-in-law is my mother.
She (my mother) is the female's mother-in-law's mother. - so I am the female's mother-inlaw, which means the female is my (and therefore my husband's) daughter-in-law ie the female is married to our son.
So the relationship is that of father-in-law and daughter-in-law.
