I have never heard of such a spell, but most Wiccans would not complete this spell, anyways. Being gay or straight is a personal choice, and therefore the person in question has the right to be gay or straight or bi or whatever. The same question is brought up in the instance of love potions- something could go horribly wrong if you try to interfere with someone else's life. So, as in the case of all spells or rituals which might affect someone else, I can only recommend talking to the person and getting their permission before casting a spell (and this doesn't seem like something most people would agree to).
