The organs in the Abdominopelvic cavity are: Stomach, small and large bowel, Liver spleen and pancreas and the renal tract. The pelvis contains bladder and prostate gland and distal part of large bowel, and some small bowel loops which drop in the pelvis on erect posture, and of course the ovaries, fallopian tubes and the uterus in the females.
