Dear Vivek,
Refer below mail from Mr. Milind stating that updation of sailing report is not his responsibility as it is not part of his business. As per list of 08 vessel’s it is observe our EGM filing issues are going on, long back which may result, we may gate any issues or SCN from Custom. So Is it possible to give this job to Gurav Marine? ( Like obtaining Port Clearance, PC cancellation/updating sailing reports) So sailing report updation & obtaining Port Clearance issues can be sort out.
RIC : Sanket/Ashutosh & all OPS team : Pls take note the fling of EGM is the most important part like IGM. It is our responsibility to file EGM within a stipulated time set by the Custom. We have to file EDI EGM within 04 days from the sailing date. Our last Voyage vessel MS Hawk Voy 2004 sailed on 28th April & EDI EGM filed on 3rd May 2020 on 5th day of the vessel sailing. Pls look in to the matter seriously.
Upon receipt of EGM error file from ICEGATE If we notified /indicated immediately to surveyor about the “G” error per vessels, We can avoid delay of getting error files from Custom for below 08 vessels & may not faced issues of late filing of EGM for below vessels. Pls ensure before sending EGM Out file to GMSPL. Pls check the ICEGATE out file. If file indicated “G” error pls highlight immediately to surveyor for further action of updating sailing reports.
