It is not true that another name for the "Y" or "wye-connected" system of polyphase power is the "delta" system.
It's called the "star" system.
The Wye system which is generall considered the "other" when compared to the delta system is often called a star wound system...Edesinger

A "three-phase system" is a polyphase system having three phases. The term "polyphase system" just means a system having multiple phases. If it is used by itself, "a polyphase system" doesn't mean "a three-phase system".
Polyphase is a general term that includes all electric power systems using three or more phases.
Interconnected power system is the one where all the systems ie.. grids for example are connected to each other...
An earthing system is a system where circuits are connected by a ground. An insulated return system is how power is transferred to trains.
In Canada the phase sequence colours are A = red, B = black and C = blue. As for CCW rotation on a three phase electrical power system I presume that you are talking about motor connections. There are meters that can be connected to the motor not connected to the system. You just spin the rotor in the direction that you want the motor to run when connected and the meter will tell you what the connection will be to the power system to obtain that direction. Be it ABC or CBA.

In 1934, the city of Philadelphia awarded him the John Scott medal for his polyphase power system.
Inter connected power system
Reactor need power or no pulling no rods!
A PU bus in the power system which has the constant voltage value and is connected to a generator. The extra required energy or excess energy in the power system is managed by connected generator to this bus.

In 1888 Nikola Tesla patented the first practicable AC motor and with it the polyphase power transmission system which had the smooth-running, commutator-free motor with the rotor as its only moving part.
Nikola Tesla won the John Scott Award in 1934 for his contributions to the generation and use of alternating currents.
In May 1885, George Westinghouse, head of the Westinghouse Electric Company in Pittsburgh, bought the patent rights to Tesla's polyphase system of alternating-current dynamos, transformers, and motors.
