The question is incomprehensible. Do you mean are they made by the same maker? The answer to that question is yes. Nikon makes NikKor lenses.

Are all Nikon lens interchangeable?

All nikkor lenses (the name for nikon's lenses) have the same mount design. It is called an F-mount, and with this system any lens will fit any nikon camera. There are differences in some lenses that could change that answer though. If you camera is a DX format, an FX format lens is going to be automatically zoomed in and vice versa. Also some nikon lenses are PC (computer chip inside) and some are not. Some older pre AI Nikon lenses can damage some DSLRs if fitted. A FX lens on a DX camera will give exactly the same field of view as a DX lens of the same focal length on a DX camera. A DX lens on a FX camera will usually only image the center part of the frame with dark corners.

What does 'IS' mean for digital camera?

For Canon cameras 'IS' refers to "Image Stabilisation". Nikon have the same technology but they call it "VR" - "Vibration Reduction" and other manufacturers have different names for it but they all amount to the same thing. With some SLR camera manufactures the image stabilisation is built into the body of the camera but generally the IS is built into the lens. It reduces the effect of "camera shake" which can make your images blurry at lower shutter speeds.

What is Nikon TTL?

TTL stands for Through The Lens metering. This is system where the camera measures the light on a scene based only on the light coming through the lens. Prior to TTL, there would be a light sensor on the top of the body (or a hand held unit) which measured the light coming from a fixed angle of view. The problem with this method is that it didn't take into account the angle of view of the lens in use. If a wide-angle lens was mounted, only the center of the viewed area would be used in exposure calculations, ignoring areas at the edges which could be brighter or dimmer than the center. When a telephoto (or long focus) lens was mounted, areas around the actually image would be included in the exposure calculation even though they are not included in the eventual image. TTL metering accounts for these differences by measuring light at the film plane. In more modern usage TTL is often used to refer to the flash metering system used by a camera. All of the same information applies. Nikon TTL is the Nikon camera company's version of the processing. The latest Nikon flash system is actually known as iTTL.

What would lenses for a 120film camera equate to in the 35mm film lens standard?

The focal length would roughly double. For example, if you have a 60mm lens for a Hasselblad, and managed to hack it to fit a 35mm camera, that same 60mm lens would be roughly 120mm in a 35mm camera.

Can you use a Miranda 24mm slr lens on a dslr camera and which one?

Possibly, it depends on the kind of mount. Miranda made (or possibly still make?) lenses for various cameras so if it was built for a nikon for example it should fit a modern nikon. I think this is the same for most makes of camera. I think also that sony cameras use the old minolta mount. As for finding out which kind of mount you have, I would take a picture and post it on a photography forum, someone will probably be able to identify it for you or just try it on any dslr you have access to. Remember that if you do fit the lens on a digital camera, you will only be able to use it manually.
