Yes. The term Unidentified Flying Object means literally that an object of some kind is floating or flying and cannot be identified. This does not mean the UFO is automatically alien, nor does it automatically suggest some secret Military aircraft either. However it does not discount these possibilities either as statistically speaking both are as likely as the other.

There are objects which when heated or filled with gas are lighter than air and can be carried along with wind currents, these can remain unidentified and therefore fall into the category of a UFO. Once an object has been identified it becomes an IFO; an Identified Flying Object.

The most honest answer to this question should be "I don't Know." Anything else is claiming to be of infinite knowledge and that doesn't exist in any human since we are all one in the whole.

There are always UFO sightings, so in this sense, yes there are UFOs. However, let us not forget what UFO stands for. It means nothing more than an "unidentified flying object." It does not necessarily mean extraterrestrial contact.

Well there are UFOs as they stand for Unidentified Flying Objects. Which basically means anything flying that can't be identified. So it could refer to a balloon floating by to a regular airplane to an alien spacecraft (flying saucer).

UFO means "unidentified flying object", which means you look up and see something and don't know what it is. In that sense UFOs are real. There are plenty of natural and man-made thing in the sky that are hard to identify.

Some people think "UFO" stands for "Alien Spacecraft", which would of course be "A.S.". In real life, neither aliens nor alien spacecraft are known to actually exist, which makes them the least likely explanation for these events.
