No they are not (not in the long term), at first they will act as they are, to get their supply. I knew one narcissist that took Viagra the first month ( not telling their partner), than stopped taking it and blamed the partner when the sex was not as good. She had no clue he was taking Viagra and thought there was something terribly wrong with her.
A woman is a kleenex tissue to a narcissist. He will blow his nose (have sex with you), throw the tissue in the garbage, go back to his own thing, then get another tissues when he needs to. That's about all you will get in a long term relationship with a N.
Date him for one month, get the good sex, leave him, then be a fond memory of his. That is the best it gets!!
