Human rights are the rights of every human being on the planet.

Children's rights are human rights in addition to the specification of those who are under the age of thirteen as they have the right to an education and other sorts as children depend on adults whereas adults are independent. that sort of thing.

Yes, but with some differences, like children have the right to an education, a home, (etc.) because they depend on audlts wheras adults have basic human rights like the right to live the right to have water and food and shelter, that sort of thing.
