Yes and no.
Green iguana lizards do have venom-secreting glands on both their upper and lower jaws. Like even on of some monitor lizards (the best known being the Komodo Dragon), their venom reduces blood pressure and prevents blood coagulation, resulting in shock to the victim. However, because if the green iguana's size and the inefficient method of delivery of this venom, it poses no threat to humans or animals larger than itself. Used purely for the purpose of subduing small prey, the toxins in a green iguana's bite will do little more than cause throbbing at the bite site in a human.
The only poisonous lizards are the Gila monster, and its close relative, the Mexican beaded lizard.
No they are not harmful however, like most reptiles it is probably a good idea to wash your hands after handling. A lot of reptiles can carry salmonella.
I found two green ladybugs in my room , but no ladybug should sting peolpe.

They are not poisonous.
Most likely not. I would need a picture to be sure or maybe just the state or contient that you live in. I have no idea what kind of brown lizard it is but I know that most of the time brown lizards are harmless like the Fence Lizard or a Bearded Dragon or a skink. but...maybe you have a weird one...just dont let it bite you.
