No. They are omnivores, which means they eat plants andmeat, but the meat usually takes the form of worms, moles and insects. Only if they would be litterally starving with nothing else to eat they might try a bite of a dead fellow-skunk. But in dire circumstances like that, many meat-eating species (including humans) have been known to turn to cannibalism.
