No, but with the exception of Commandment 6: "Don't Murder" and Commandment 8: "Don't Steal", none of them would apply to God anyway.
1) You shall have no other Gods before me -- God does not worship Himself or other Gods.
2) You shall not make a graven of something created -- God did the creating, it would not be sensible for him to make something weaker
3) Do not take the Lord's name in vain -- God can talk about himself all he wants
4) Honor the Sabbath -- He invented it
5) Honor your Father and Mother -- He is the child of no-one
7) Do not commit adultery -- God (unlike Zeus) is not married and does not have random sex with women
9) Do not commit false witness -- God does not testify to courtrooms
10) Do not covet -- What would he covet, He has everything.
For the commandments that would make sense 6 & 8, the following rationales have been provided:
6) Don't Murder: God has ordered several genocides, especially in the Old Testament and (depending on your interpretation) the Qur'an. These were to prevent the unbelievers from preventing the dissemination of God's will and prevent large amounts of reckless behavior from believers.
8) Don't Steal: God commonly reassigns property and sovereignty rights. Since he is sovereign over all the world he does not need to take to give, although people may see it that way.

God answered the Ten Commandments on stone.
the 10 commandments say that God is fist and there shall be no other gods before him. 10 commandments were given to Moses be God himself.

Not always.
Commandments. God gave them 10 commandments to tell them what not to do. The Jewish leaders also gave them laws. They gave them so many laws that in order to obey them all, there would be no time to sin. But God, gave them ten commandments that really covered all bases. Since man was born into sin, it was impossible to keep all the laws and he (man) found ways to bend the commandments to fit mans own needs.

Gratitude and awe.
The Ten Commandments are the terms of Covenant between Man and God. But these laws are for Man-kind to follow not for God. The laws "Do not steal" or "Don't worship other gods besides me" don't make sense with respect to God. Likewise, "Honor your father and mother" is a law for mankind, not for God who has no creator.
Judaism has 10 commandments as their beliefs. God gave them through Prophet Moses on the mountain of Sinai/Horeb.
