In a sense, yes, because the "gods" are simply a personification of nature, and it's functions. For example, you most commonly associate Poseidon with the ocean, or any sort of water, so in a sense, Poseidon is water, so he is real. The Greek gods were created to explain thigns in nature, so yes, they are real.
