The Bible has all kinds of errors, if it is examined as anything other than a possible spiritual guide.

Another Opinion:
In my opinion, the answer to this type of question would probably be best answered by the old saying, 'that depends upon the eye of the beholder.'
Those of the mindset determined to undermine Scripture, the answer then is an emphatic 'yes, it does contain errors' and no answer will satisfy them. For others, though, a careful study and patience usually resolve any problems.
It seems fair to say, that although the original texts of the Bible were inspired by God and are without error, the same cannot be said for later copies of the texts or translations made from them - though Jewish scribes have been shown to be nearly perfect in the task of copying as well as future monks. As translators are human, and we now know many have allowed their own religious biases to influence their work (Consider the 'Johanine Comma aka Comma Johanneum). Usually such mistranslations are relatively minor, but in some cases they are major blunders and promote erroneous teachings and doctrines (Consider Matthew 28:19 as a foundation for the trinity doctrine and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 supporting a rapture theory to name just 2).
Lastly, when reading the other side of my stated opinion (the link attached), and in particular 'Logic Error 15,' I am in the camp of believing enticement (tempting)to sin does not come from God, who would never deliberately lead someone to commit sin. This just flies in the face of all other Scripture telling us that God is creating His family through our developing His character. Why then mold His creation into His Holy Peoples if He will tempt them to be unholy? But God does place 'His' people in adverse circumstances (testing) for the purpose of developing His character (comparing Genesis 22:1, 12 to James 1:13).
Like scientist who come up to an unanswerable or conflicting situation, if we continue onwards, openly and honestly, answers will slowly and surely come. Historians, archaeologist and the like, have all answered numerous Bible statements of facts as actually occurring (consider now that linguist confirmed writing existed before Moses allowing for his codification of the first 5 books of the Bible, historians discovered the heretofore unknown/unproven peoples in Turkey - the Hittite library and recent archaeological digs in Israel have confirmed King David etals as a few examples).
Another Answer:
The Bible tells us: "All Scripture is inspired by God..." (II Tim.3:16 NLT New Living Translation).
Darby's Bible [DRB] says: "Every Scripture is divinely inspired...".
The New International Version [NIV] says: "All Scripture is God-breathed...".
As the Scriptures were "given by God" to the men whom He chose to record them... those "original manuscripts" were and are as ERROR-FREEand PERFECT as the Eternal Creator God who inspired them.
Some errors, however, had to be introduced into all the succeeding "translations" of those manuscripts into other languages by somewhat "less-than-inspired" men. But, this only makes it necessary for the "Humble, Faithful servant of God" who studies His Word, to "listen with his heart and mind more diligently to the Holy Spirit" that God gives to them, concerning God's Truth.
Even Jesus' disciples, who were reared in the Scriptures all their lives, and even after walking with Him for 3 1/2 years, didn't grasp the meaning of the Scriptures, until Christ was raised from the dead and "opened their hearts to it."
"Then He opened their minds to Understand the Scriptures..." (Luke 24:45 WEYWeymouth's New Testament).
So, potential translation errors of different versions of the Bible notwithstanding... NO ONE is going to grasp the Truth of God's Word, unless God Himself is calling a person to do so. Unless He personally reveals it.
The Word of God is inspired and recorded as a virtual "parable," anyway -- which is designed to "hide the meaning from the general public." But, Jesus always revealed the meaning of the parables to His servants "privately"... when no one else was around. Privately... "intimately," Lovingly; in the depths of the hearts and minds of His chosen ones.
"...for I have passed on to them the Words you gave to Me; and they accepted them and know that I came from you, and they believe you sent Me. My prayer is NOT FOR THE WORLD, but FOR THOSE YOU HAVE GIVEN ME, because THEY BELONG TO YOU." (John 17:8-9 NLT)
"Make them Pure and Holy by teaching them your Words of Truth." (verse 17)
God is able to reveal His Truth to ANY who are spiritually receptive to it... regardless of the translations of His Word by uninspired men.
"...I will bless those who have HUMBLE and CONTRITE hearts, who TREMBLE AT MY WORD." (Isa.66:2 NLT)
Men should be searching their hearts for "errors"... not the Bible.
Bible mentions many woman in many ages, so - all kind of work.
It would depend on what religion or kind of story you are looking for. There are so many stories in all the Bibles you should read them all!! =D It would depend on what religion or kind of story you are looking for. There are so many stories in all the Bibles you should read them all!! =D
Yes, that's a wonderful book in comparison to other religious books. The Bible does not have any errors, it is perfect in every way. It has the answer to any question you might have. God is perfect, so is the Bible inspired by God It depends what you mean by errors. Typographical errors are the fault of the printer. There are, however, dozens of contradictions.
This is a question that can not be answered here, because you are probably referring to a Bible. There are many different versions of the Bible, not just one - so it depends on the kind of Bible you have. Remember, all Bibles are translations - The people who wrote the passages in the Bible did not speak English!
A:Yes, there are numerous historical and archaeological errors in the Bible. We therefore have to decide whether to continue to believe it is inerrant and, if so, what we mean by this. Some would say the Bible is inerrant on matters of faith, but not necessarily on history. Others would say if we find apparent errors in the Bile, then we have misunderstood the text, possibly for many centuries, and must reinterpret it. Of course, others would say that the Bible is the truly inerrant word of God and can not contain errors, and that if we read the Bible with total faith then those errors will just disappear.
Because the Bible says so and the Bible is all true!

According to the bible , God asked king Solomon what he wanted the most. And he asked for wisdom, so God gave it to him.
You need to treat a Bible Book with care. The Bible is God's Word, so we should all treat Bible's and books that talk about the Bible and Christianity with care.
All of the references to Shillingford are in England. The entire story of the Bible took place in the Middle East. So, no, Shillingford is not in the Bible.
ALL the names in the Bible are children's names! Because every person in the Bible was once a child. Their parents named them, so all the names are for kids.
they were the first beings so there were no others. kind of like Cain in the Bible
