Yes, Mattel ultimately discontinued the Avatar toy line, however it's possible once the Avatar two & three get closer to their release date, there could be a new line of toys. It's also possible that since Disney opened their 'Pandora: World of Avatar' in Disney World's Animal Kingdom, and will soon [in Summer 2019] own the rights to Avatar, there could be new toys but nothing has been announced yet.
