hulks power runs off of addrenaline and iron mans suit is run on electricity or something so once his power runs out hes screwed and angrier the hulk gets the bigger he is... although he is dumb

*the hulk isn't dumb anymore, at the end of movie 2, it implies that banner knows how to control hulk, and he also talks towards the end too. so hes not stupid anymore. and yeah, stark is screwed, especially if hulk is a mindless beast anymore. the only problem for hulk is that maybe war-machine would come and help. and you cant kill him, he regenerates (according to the comic).

if you watch planet hulk, youll know the extent of his power.

and if hulk vs iron comes into theatre, youll see the results.

iron man has spunk, but hulk is a god.

The Hulk himself doesn't appear, but near the end of Iron Man 2, (before the reward ceremony) when Stark and Fury are talking about the Avenger program, one of the TVs around the room show a scene where men are being loaded into an ambulance. At first you think they were victims of the expo attack, but if you look closely, these people are wearing army uniforms. This looks a lot like after the scene in the Hulk where the military use the sound/sonic cannons on the Hulk.

HULK will. Iron Man creates a "HULK Buster Suit" to put up a fight with HULK, yet cannot match up due to HULK's ever growing rage. The madder HULK get the stronger HULK gets. By the way, HULK can also become a threat to even greater beings like Thanos.

The Hulk has beaten Hulk in pretty much every fight they ever had. Even in his strongest "Hulkbuster" armor, Iron Man didn't stand a chance. Iron Man has some cool gadgets, but he just can't match the Hulk's strength

Both have fought, both have won. Hulk has the advantage almost all the time, but I say Iron Man. When he loses it's because of stupid mistakes, underestimating Hulk even. When he fights smart, Iron Man wins. For example, in the "Ultimate Human: Hulk vs. Iron Man" comics, Iron Man holds his own against Hulk, but decides it smart to just end it. He then knocks Hulk out with this electroshock punch, almost at will. It depends. I say Iron Man 6/10 times though.

It depends on which Hulk and which Iron Man suit. The Gray Hulk is supposedly the Hulk's weakest form, and Iron Man would likely be able to defeat him with many of his suits. If it were Iron Man against Savage Hulk, I would bet the Hulk would win most of the fights. Even Iron Man's "Hulkbuster" armor wasn't enough to stop the Savage Hulk. If we're talking about Hulk's World Breaker/ Green Scar persona, the Hulk would win every match, no matter what suit Iron Man wore.
Iron Man would win. When Hulk gets week he turns back into a normal person plus iron man has a 5 inch mini rocket that can blow up a tank in one hit. Hulk however has to tear the the tank piece by piece. Remember iron man is faster, smarter, and lets not forget that he can fly. All hulk has are his size and strength.
