If it has the VISA or MasterCard logo on it, yes. If not, it's likely it can only be used at your bank's ATMs. There are several Card networks available in the world. Most popularly Visa, Master & Europay. So, you can use the ATM card with the Visa logo in any Visa ATMs. Likewise Master or Europay. You can see a sticker on the ATMs which has different Logos. Any of the available Logos in that sticker matches with the one in your card, you can use the card in that ATM.
