shampoo is used for cleaning hair. It cannot help grow hair faster. it doesn't exactly make your hair grow. its designed to give back all the oils and nutrients your hair needs, when your hair is healthy it grows much faster, that the reason people get trims every few months, split ends are "unhealthy" hair.

∙ 12y agoNo. it makes it quite a bit stronger and more conditioned, which gives it a good foundation to grow longer quicker. But that isn't what makes it grow faster, just healthier.
