I am currently taking prednisone also, 50mg a day. It was making me hyper at night time even if I did take it early in the morning, So I talked with my Dr. and she told me 25mg of plain ol' Benadryl an hour before bed would work perfect.
Last night was the most sleep I have had in weeks. I woke up feeling better physically and mentally.
