Of course! When I was only weeks before 13 , I was asked out by an 11-year old. I said yes, we dated for two months. To be honest, I think it means the same thing to a 12 year old as it does to a 16 year old.

I don't think it is. I am now 13 but last year I made the mistake of going out with a 14 going on 15 year old boy. Let's just say that now I have a lovely baby boy to look after and I'm not joking. It brings trouble but if he's nice then go ahead. Just be stronger than I was.

No. It is illegal since both are below the age of consent. In many states the age of consent is 16 and in others it is 18, so 13 and 12 is well below those ages. Also at the ages of 12 and 13 they are too young to begin dating.
