A breaker can be either on or off, there is nothing in between. If it does not pass current properly it is faulty.
Yes
Could be but you could also have a weak breaker that will no longer hold the load of your dryer. That is if your talking about your dryer breaker tripping. If your "main breaker" is tripping you have a different problem. Call an electrician in that case. A plugged up dryer shouldn't be tripping your main
A weak spring or broken valve seat. Just drain tank slightly and replace it,they are cheap and not worth fixing.
It means penis
Superman is made weak by Kryptonite, radioactive pieces of his destroyed home world. It's not a noble gas.
My 2004 does the same, I can re-enable it as per the manual, but just a few seconds in reverse and it triggers out. It then will not reset for a while which leads me to believe that it may be a breaker problem, either due to a weak breaker or a shorting in the switch or wire. Please post it if you find the problem.
you should just kill yourself because you are weak. just die.
I would say "weak at" eg I am very weak at mathematics,
First, lets say this: GFCI stands for Ground-Fault Circuit Interupter. This is NOT an over-current device, and NOT an over-load device. This device stop the flow at 6mA (6/1000 of an amp) of leakage current - current leaking to ground from either the hot or neutral wire. Do you mean a GFCI breaker or a GFCI receptacle?? GFCI receptacles do not "trip on overload". Period. The only over-current protection on a receptacle is provided by the circuit breaker protecting that branch circuit. GFCI breakers are ALSO over-current devices just like normal breakers. And yes, they DO get weak, just like standard breakers do from repeated tripping. They basically have a metal strip inside that gets bent and straightened each time you trip & reset the breaker. All metal gets weak when it gets bent & straightened repeatedly. It is called "metal fatigue".
I do not even know that it is the light switch that is popping your circuit breaker! It may be the switch or something else. The light switch controls a circuit. As electricity passes through that circuit it is heating up a contact or a weak place in a wire. At a certain point that hot place in a connector or in a wire allows the electricity to jump out of the circuit and not go through the light. When that happens, the circuit breaker pops. You can turn off the circuit breaker. Then you can look at the connectors on your light switch. If one of them looks burned, You have solved the problem. You replace the light switch. Next comes the more difficult task of looking at the connectors for your lamp. If they are not easy to get to, you call an electrician.
