No, in theory I guess you could give it enough to fill all valence electrons in all of the atoms in the conductor, but practically this could not be achieved.

Where does charge reside in a conductor?

Any material has electrical charges. A conductor will usually not have more or less charges than a non-conductor. The relevant charges - often electrons - are simply relatively free to move around.

What is electro statics?

electro static is of or related to charges at rest.the charges will discharge if touched by a conductor

When there is no current passing through a conductor you say magnetic field is zero but in a conductor charges are in motion then why is there no magnetic field?

When there is no current passing through a conductor, charges are stilll in motion, but they are disorganized and not flowing. The magnetic fields by all of those random movements cancel each other out. That is why there is no magnetic field in a conductor with no current, even though there is movement in the charges.

Is wood conductor or a insulator?

wood is an insulator because charges stay on the point of contact.

Why Electric Field is zero inside a charged isolated conductor?

Because in a charged isolated conductor charges are distributed equally into all the sides of a conductor, and also it contains both positive and negative charges, so the opposite forces of each charges cancel each other, that's why E is zero..
