Yes. Although Same-sex marriage is prohibited by Croatian law, in July 2014, the Croatian parliament legalized same-sex "life partnerships" which have all the same rights and responsibilities as marriage, with the exception of adoption rights.

Between 2003 and 2014, same-sex partners were required to live together for a minimum of three years in order to receive the same rights which are now available immediately upon completing a ceremony in the town council.

Is Rudolf Steiner Croatian?

He was born in Kraljevina, which is now a province in Croatia. However, at the time he was born, that region was under the authority of the Habsburg Empire. When he died there was no Croatian independent state, it did not exist, therefore it is a difficult question, as he never had Croatian citizenship but was born on what is now Croatian land. It depends on the ethnicity he subscribed to.
