people develop at different rates, some 11 year olds look/seem like they're 14 and some 14 look/seem more like 11 year olds, so a crush between two people who are less than 3 years apart is normal, now if the crush is based off the fact he is younger, wether thats a power thing or you like the idea of an undeveloped boy/body than that is not normal

no its not bad at all.. i am 12..i have crushes on people 10 years out of my range.. crushing on anyone either 22 10 or 18 it doesn't matter.. as long as nothing happens..

No! An 11 year old needs to have an 11 year old crush.

I think its perfectly fine for an 11 year old to only have a crush on a fourteen year old. I mean if you think about it tons of young girls have crushes on boys like Justin Beiber and etc. As long as they are not planning on dating the guy or obsessing over him and not taking interests of boys their age.
