It could be anything. just go to the doctor. I thought my appendix was the problem but i had to get my ovary removed instead so it could be anything. most likely gas! :)

Possible, yes, because that could be kidney pain, but a doctor would need to make the diagnosis and give you antibiotics if necessary.

No, but chlamydia can cause painful urination and right upper quadrant pain. If you are sexually active, make sure you've been tested for chlamydia in the last few months.
