I would recommend drinking LOTS of water to counter-act all the juice so that you do not get sick. Too much of any juice raises the pH level of your body and can cause you to have stomach problems, nausea, headaches, and all sorts of unpleasant side-effects.
-Keep in mind that the pH of your stomach is 1-2. The pH of OJ is ~3.5, and the pH of water is 7. Drinking more water will only serve to raise the pH of your stomach even more. Although drinking lots of OJ can cause digestive problems, it's not because of the pH.
This is an interesting question. You would probably die from hyponatremia (to much water). If you have something like Diabetes, you could die from Hyperglycemia leading to a diabetic coma/shock. It's probably not the Vitamin C. the LD50 of Vitamin C is 11.9g/Kg.
I would say you could probably die from drinking/eating too much of anything, including Orange Juice.
You are unlikely to die from it, it may make you very sick. If you have drunk old orange juice and feel sick better consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
yes in a way orange juice has sugur and to much sugur can make you fat or abeice and doing excersise to burn it all off can 100percent HURT YOU
No... But if you bput poison in it then yes :)
My father has been mailing us orange juice for the past two weeks; him and my mother divorced a long time ago and I'm afraid he might be conspiring to kill us.
You can drink too much of anything.
You drink acid all the time (Coca-Cola, orange juice, lemonade). These are weak acids though. If it's strong enough acid, you'll die.
YES do not drink it you will die
Actually it's all about proportions and the type of orange juice, I drink orange juice with milk EVERYDAY. If you use 1/3 milk and then fill however much orange juice, I use minutemaid with pulp; DO NOT USE SUNNYD it's smoothie like, and good for people who don't like to drink milk. -------------------------------------- Unless you drink a huge amount of OJ and milk all at once, you won't throw up. HOWEVER, it is true that orange juice makes milk curdle. That's because orange juice is an acid and milk is a buffer, meaning that milk will, in a way, buffer the acidity of the orange juice, but in exchange, it makes the milk curdle. When you think about it though, that would mean that the milk also curdles because of stomach acid too, so really, it shouldn't make much of a difference. I've drunken milk and then OJ, or the other way around, and not gotten sick. Just limit it to one or so glasses of each. (I drink a bowl of cereal and then or before drink a glass of orange juice.)
no!!!!!!!!! you will die if you drink it
That person will die
It is not, necessarily. If you are doing high intensity exercise then Gatorade is better for for you because it will give you carbs and electrolytes. If you drink it when you are not doing exercise, then it is bad for you because of its salt content. It will make you very unhealthy. The same goes for drinking too much ater after exercise because you could dilute your salt levels so much that you could die.
Yes. Milk came along, &murdered it. He was angry w/ orange juice for stealing his spot light at break fast time.
how much dead sea water do you have to drink to die
Juice such as orange juice can help or harm the growth of plants. If used in moderation, some plants like the acid. If the juice is used too often and too much, it could stunt the growth of plants.
we would die of thirst and have nothing sweet to drink except for juice.
Well, if drinking too much apple juice seems to be bad then I think Grape Juice is too, but only if its not made entirely of grape.
Yes guinea pigs can eat oranges but try to give oranges to piggies once a month because oranges are very surgery and it not healthy to give piggies a lot of sugar. Also guinea pigs might not like oranges but you can try.
