Depends on the drug, I suppose. If you're taking a drug that loosens inhibitions or makes you just not care, you ARE more likely to get pregnant because you are less likely to use Birth Control correctly. However, if certain harder drugs are used for an extended period of time, it can substantially effect fertility.
