Yeah!!! You have to make it though, my best friend and I always make it. All you have to do is:
1. Get any type of goldfish, it doesn't matter
2. Pour some into a bowl
3. Pour some milk into the bowl with the goldfish in it
4. Add a little bit of syrup, it adds flavor
5. Mix it all up together
6. Get a spoon and eat it all up :3
Hope that helped(;
By the way: I did not actually come up with this answer, so I take no credit for it. I just corrected some mistakes.

There is no such thing as a "vampire goldfish". Except in dreams.well no one or no thing can eat a vampire gold fish because, they will bite it
Cereal is included in most commercial goldfish foods. To feed only cereal to goldfish would be providing the fish with a very poor diet and will result in sick/runted fish. Goldfish are omnivourous and need a balanced diet including cereals, proteins, fats and algaes.
The word goldfish is a noun, a singular, common, concrete noun; a word for a thing.
NO it is not.
The cast of The Thing About Goldfish - 2013 includes: Christian Capozzoli as Brett Tessa Skara as Anna
It depends because some cereal bars are actually made with cereal and a bunch of other preservatives but other cereal bars call themselves cereal bars but they don't have any cereal in them. And that's just a rip-off especially if you wanted cereal.
Mr. Sparkle! apparently the image on the box is made up from the image of a goldfish and a lightbulb.
Those sound like the same thing, but its a terribly framed question.
