Of course, all animals have babies. This is because reproduction is the only way to keep a species from becoming extinct. Since all living things eventually die, reproduction ensures that there will be a next generation to that species.

Edit:

In addition, goldfish lay eggs, which then hatch. The only type of fish that give birth to live young are Livebearers.
If there is both a male and a female and they are in breeding state it is possible.

Goldfish are not livebearers so they are never truly pregnant. Conditioning: If you wish to breed your goldfish than you will have to go through a period of conditioning your breeding stock. This consists of feeding a male goldfish and female goldfish of at least three years a large quanity of varied foods that are different than what you normally feed them (live or frozen:bloodworms, tubifex worms, mosquito larvae, brine shrimp, daphnia ,elodea ,etc.) Also during this period of conditioning it helps to lower the temperature of the tank water and then raise the water temperature (also do plenty of water changes!). If the female goldfish starts to become plumper and the male goldfish shows breeding tubercles than you may try your first attempt at breeding them. Breeding tank: You will need a breeding tank to raise the fry in, the tank should be around 20 gallons (make sure not to fill it up higher than 10 inches otherwise the baby fry will not be able to swim to the surface and fill their swim bladders). The filter should consist of just a simple sponge filter. You will want to have spawning mops ready to catch the eggs once they are released. Also purchase some form of aeration(limits the amount of fungus growth on unfertilized eggs). You will also want to have a heater to incubate the eggs. Spawning: When the breeding tank is ready you will want to add the two fish you wish breed to the tank. The male may chase the female around for a while. After a couple hours, if everything goes as planned, the female will give up being chased and will release her eggs. The eggs will fall and stick to the spawning mops. Then the male goldfish will release a cloud of milt thus fertilizing the eggs. After this is done you will want to remove the parents(unless you want the eggs to be eaten).
