yes ,
i breed my hamsters in my shed
but my shed is insulated and has a heater that only takes the frost away
but doesn't heat the shed
And they have been living in there for a few years now
Guinea pigs can denfinitly live in sheds but they might excape. If the shed was wood they could chew though it,but even if the shed was metal they guinea pig could dig under it so..... i suggest you make a pen/cage for them or buy one then put the pen/cage in the shed so raccoons ond such won't get at them. :)
They can if the garage has good ventilation and temperature control. Like any animal, they will die if they get too hot or cold. Since they are so small, they are more sensitive to extreme temperatures.
The wood would not hurt them, but they would not stay there. They will chew right through the wood and escape. Use metal cage or consider using an aquarium. They cannot chew through glass.
yep they can, as long as they have straw or something to keep them warm
Hamsters do not "shed". Sometimes, adult male long hair syrian (teddy bear) hamsters will lose sections of their "skirt" (the long hair tufts by their tail), but hamster do no shed annually.
They grow new hair
