It sure can! Most of us see what we want to see when we love someone and sometimes we get taken for a real ride. When younger I met and married a young man and never saw the bad side of him. He was a womanizer and he wasn't very nice to me at all. More and more I saw the bad side of him as the years passed. I left him after 3 1/2 years of marriage and was thankful no children were involved. Also, I'd been warned previously by family and friends, but I was "soooo in love with him" and I figured I was the girl that "could change him." HA! Not true.
If you feel you are being blinded by love, then take a mini vacation alone or with a girlfriend and think about your relationship. It's obvious something isn't right from the sound of your post. If you think he is bad now, just stay around longer ... it only gets worse.
Answerthe real question is: "what is truth?" Is there a difference in what we consider "real" truth and the generally accepted truth? Is it possible that anything can really blind you when the real truth is in front of you? What is love? Ponder this.
If you truly love that person and trust them more than yourself youll walk to there voice where ever you hear it. Yes! Love is blind<333333333333333333333333333333
