obviously the previous answer is incorrect, the true answer is that natural gas and oil is NOT minerals because they both lack a crystal structure and a solid form.
+++
That's not correct either: I am not sure about natural gas, but oil is regarded as a mineral. Although many minerals are indeed crystalline, that property does not necessarily define a mineral. Coal, iron-ore and clay are amorphous minerals, too, for example.
Three nonrenewable energys are oil, coal, and natural gas.

Generally, the fuel gas we use comes from underground reservoirs, or natural gas, and this is a conventional source. However, a very small part of natural gas sources is the methane found in coal seams. It is being produced and marketed as natural gas and often classified as an unconventional source of natural gas. We generally don't use the term "natural oil" but rather crude oil, that is a conventional source. Oil and gas can be produced as biofuels, and these are considered unconventional sources.
Some natural resources that are found in mountains are coal, zinc, gold, and iron. Additional natural resources that can be found in mountains are gas, oil, and lead.
