For starters, the comparison made doesn’t seem to be correct. A kiss in no way is equal to semen being deposited inside a woman's body, where there is a high absorption of hormones, and semen does contain testosterone.

There seems to be evidence from studies that the testosterone present in sperm does affect the woman's body. Nothing comparable to the administration of high concentrations of anabolic steroids, or hormone therapy, of course, but that doesn't seem to have been the question at hand. But it's possible that the effects are measurable and considerable enough to affect the woman's mood, body sensitivity, and other sexual and behavioral aspects.

But I've been unable to find a definite answer from a study on the subject, so there seems to be no clear medical consensus on this.

No it can not. It's like saying kissing a guy could increase your testosterone levels. The only way to do so is by taking pills with concentrated testosterone.
