well um i have arceus in Pokemon diamond but theres no way im trading him to you so anyway the won i have is lvl 100 knows judgment, roar of time, spatial rend, and shadow force. U can get him though. u need to catch every unown go to the ruin maniac near sloaceon town and do some puzzles and u will get the azure Flute go to spear pillar where you fought dialga and play the flute stairs will come and go up to find arceus get a weak Pokemon because hes level won or use a master ball if u have won.
