Typically, no. There isn't any Facebook tool that allows you to see that. There have been some people saying that they have external tools that allow you to find that out though, so it is probably possible, but very few people actually use external tools in Facebook (or even learn the internal tools), so if you are talking about an average person, I would say no, they can't see that.
It depends on the privacy settings on that profile, if a person puts a high level of privacy on their profile it can only be seen by accepted friends of that person.
No, I don't think so. You might be able to see how manypeople have visted your page, over different periods of time but that's all.
No. Facebook doesn't have that function.

You must become friends with the person with the private profile to access their profile.

Well, technically, no. There are not parental controls on Facebook. But your parents could get a Facebook and look at your profile or your child would give his/her parents there password and the parents can go on secretly and look at your wall. :) I'm glad if I helped anyone who was concerned :)
u cant its that simple
Facebook does not offer the ability to see who has been accessing ones profile. Any application which claims to have this ability should be treated with caution.
You can deactivate your facebook, by editing your account settings. If your account is deactivated, no one can search you or look at your profile, and you will not receive updates.
