Someone who suffers from clubfoot has a birth defect. Someone who suffers from club foot was born with a foot that appears to be twisted and therefore is disabled.
Because medicare is a government-run thing, and just like everything else that is registered with the government, like birth certificates and military history, medicare requires your personal SSN, which you should do everyting that you can to make sure that no one sees that to steal your identity.
Medicare does not pay for essure. Medicare will pay for maternity but not for contraception or birth control of any kind, even for a doctors visit to discuss family planning or birth control. Rediculous I think. It will pay for a so called disabled person to be pregnant and have a baby but not for a tubal ligation to prevent having any more children. Medicaid however will pay for family planning procedures. In my way of thinking if one is supposed to be disabled, not able to work, and on Social Security disability then they should not be getting pregnant in the first place. If you can carry a baby and care for it when it is born then you can be out there WORKING and leave the benefits for senior citizens who have paid for it all their lives.

Not always. Many of the issues are the same as long as disabilities themselves similar. For example someone may be mentally disabled by birth & someone could be in an accident with a head injury & they end up the same.
Yes, a child that is legally adopted in the state of Hawaii can receive an Hawaiian Birth Certificate.

You're not automatically considered disabled, even at birth. If a minor, the parent or guardian needs to fill out an application with your state disability dept., which usually goes through the county social services. That's the only place to start unless the child is in the hospital, where usually there is someone there to assist in the application. If it's someone who's over the legal age, the same process applies. I have a friend who just went through this - he was born disabled, but as he grew up his parents taught him that he could do anything anyone else could do, so he grew up with a real stubborn streak. He wouldn't admit he was disabled and decided to prove everyone he could do what they could. His left hand was disabled at birth, but he was a policeman during his life. He decided to apply for disability at a point when he had just gotten divorced and wasn't working. He'd waited so very long to apply that he had to now prove that he couldn't do everything anyone else could do. I do think he was eventually approved, but it took an extra long time.Good luck!
