Well, Islam allows husband and wife to do whatevey they like to enjoy themselves so long these deeds are not against Islamic teachings. For example, man can kiss his wife or lick her, caress his wife from head to toe. He can have sex with he in all possible positions so long he enters her in her vagina "the breeding organ". Entering her in as is not permitted, it is a great sin to do that since Allah created this merriage to have offsprings so mankind will continue in this life.
As regarding swallowing, Islam encourages purity and cleaness in every aspect of life, from food to clothing and prayers. We have to make ablution everytime we use the bathroom to urniate or exerete, before we pray. We have to take a shower everytime we have sex.
To Muslims, oral sex is disgusting and not prefereable as it is the source of dirt and lacks purity and cleaness which we care alot for.
But, if your nature accepts swalloing and son on... It is up to you.
